Offset and Digital Printing
We used to consider these to be two separate categories. But the fact is that offset and digital printing methods have, for the most part, become two sides of the same coin. These days, our Xerox digital presses are a perfect complement to our Heidelberg offset presses. We help our customers determine which printing method is best for them based on what provides the most value in terms of pricing, turnaround time, and finishing options.
To get the best image quality from our offset presses, our prepress department uses state of the art computer-to-plate technology, which results in the highest quality printing plates in the industry. On the digital side, our color digital printing presses are constantly color calibrated to industry standards, ensuring maximum consistency from one job to the next. Our digital presses can run the same paper as our offset presses, which further aids us in achieving a near-perfect consistency between these two printing methods. We know that digital printing will only improve in the future, and of course we will continue to embrace those improvements which provide a real value to our customers.
