Questions About Our Process
Turnaround time varies by the project’s complexity. Standard jobs like brochures are typically 3-5 business days after proof approval, while more complex projects like hardcover books may take longer. We will always provide a detailed timeline with your quote.
Yes. We provide a digital PDF proof for every project for your final approval. For color-critical projects and all new book titles, we can also provide a physical hard-copy proof.
Minimums vary by product. Some items have no minimums, while others require a certain quantity to achieve cost-effectiveness. We’re happy to recommend options that fit your budget and needs.
It depends on your project’s quantity, budget, and design requirements. Digital printing suits short runs and variable data, offset is ideal for large runs and precise colors, and screen printing works well for apparel and promotional items.
Our team performs checks at multiple stages, including pre-press, proofing, and final inspection. If errors occur, we review them promptly and reprint or replace items as needed according to your satisfaction and our quality guarantee.
Questions About Files & Artwork
A high-resolution, print-ready PDF is always the best file type. We also accept native files from the Adobe Creative Suite (.AI, .PSD, .INDD). For best results, please review our File Preparation Guide.
While we recommend using a professional designer for the best results, our in-house team can assist with basic layout adjustments and file preparation to ensure your project prints perfectly.
While large files can be sent via secure transfer or file-sharing services, we recommend compressing or zipping them if they’re especially large. You can also contact us for alternative upload or FTP options.
Not a problem. You can send us your working files, and we’ll guide you through the proper setup. We can also offer tips on how to prepare and export print-ready PDFs from your preferred design software.
For the best print quality, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final printed size. If your document contains vector graphics, ensure that text and shapes are properly outlined or embedded.
